Amazon doesn't let small authors or publishers set their books at zero cost (80 cents is the lowest effective cost they can set thru DTP, by choosing a list price of $1; all lower prices are thru mobipocket.com except the completely free ones that are set by Amazon and usually only with larger publishers).
