Form my Kindle 2:

7.37 € for MyUS first use.
298.14 € for the Amazon shop (K2 and Cover) Free with supersaving.
47.20 € for DHL (paid via MyUS).
86.09€ for Douane toll (45.69€ VAT and 40.04€ for import rights).

Total: 438.80

Doing a simple calcutation I estimate about 600€ the cost of the DX.

In both cases, the cover I've purchased is the "Amazon Kindle Leather Cover" for respectively each device.
