I could be wrong here, (please, I'm asking for more info here) but I don't think those who are into novels (mainly)are the same ones who will buy the DX.

It seems to be designed more for reading graphs, pdf's, and tables than a compact carry around device. A cool tool for college people, and those who are more into 'tech' stuff.

Yes, I know you can read anything on there, but the size itself seems to defeat the "tuck it into your purse, etc." aspect.
