I had 5.11 installed and it worked like a charm. I got notified of upgrades but finally decided to upgrade to 5.14, and the install failed. Now I have no calibre. I completely uninstalled the 5.11 version thinking this was the problem. Still the new installation fals.

btw, this is the error log verbage:

Error in action ExecuteAction: Error in action AddDirectoryToPath: unable to open key: Access is denied.
