What is as hot as AZ in the summer?? Actually, we've barely gone over 100F...long, long Spring so maybe we are in for record heat later?

One of my most potent memories of summer in NI, England & Scotland was of all he blue/whites sunning themselves on the beach as soon as it was a "sunny" day and the temps crept into the 20'sC...then seeing all of the bright pink/red varietals walking through the shopping centers the next day.
