libri.de and thalia.de are the most popular right now due to the launch of the Sony Reader. Taking into consideration the past few years the most popular shops are ciando.de (pdf mostly) and beam-ebooks.de (prc mostly, now also epub).

beam-ebooks.de decided to drop all DRM-eBooks just some weeks ago. And, also, my own product line of about 600 titles is DRM-free on story2go.de.
