Some more information would be helpful for more experienced members to jump in and help.

Vista 32 bit or 64?

What eReader do you have?

What are you trying to delete and how are you trying to do it?

Which Version.. US UK etc ... on eReader?

I just know that these are some of the questions I see that are asked when help is being given...
