And It does make a ton, so the freezer looks full now! yay! I couldn't find pinto beans, so I used white kidney beans instead, and I might have used a little too much refried beans, it is thick as regular chili, but that's usually how I like my soups. I resisted the temptation of topping it with sour cream, and bought cottage cheese instead, not as creamy, but still good.

I don't want to get shot by RSE, but I usually put cocoa powder in my chili. Is that a sin? It's so good! Chocolate and chili are a match made in heaven.

As for banana bread, I always add to the normal recipie 1 cup of dark chocolate chips, 1 cup of blueberries (frozen), half a cup of cut up dried apricots and I replace half a cup of flour with cocoa powder. It should be illegal, but it's a decadent recipie.
