vranghel has provided his TI83 ROM so I'm taking him at his word that he's going to cover my butt on the licensing aspects.

The TI Calculator Emulator iLiad Port is back in the pipe...

If anyone else wants a specific TI Calculator, same terms: buy one (it can be broken, so long as it still contains the ROM chip), write my name on it, store it, send me the ROM file, be prepared to support anyone else needing to suck their ROM for that calculator.
