Trying to understand the eLibrary software. It installs on one Vista machine and not the other. It seems to be a permission problem on one

The one it does install on, it freezes when you try to delete something or Vista closes the eLibrary.

The reader seems to be a nice tool but the PC software is causing me nothing but problems.

Any help would be appreciated
