Over the last few years sadly many good female urban fantasy authors
have slowly gone to the way of erotica as sex sells and their editors, publishers and fans ask for it.

I know you like Urban fantasy so do I
These are not urban fantasy but I liked them so I thought might too although you will curse me like I curse the person that recommend these series to me as both these authors are not releasing the next book in the series for one reason or another

Scott Lynch - gentleman bastards
Patrick Rothfuss - Kingkiller Chronicle
