We've got the real thing here. Good old Black Widow Spiders. All too often I've been relaxing on the back porch only to look up and see one dangling a few inches from my face. I hate them.
As to what I'm doing at the moment, I'm wondering about the really cinematic dreams I've been having lately. By that I mean, stellar cast, full plot line, like watching a movie in my head, but I'm one of the participants.
Last night's starred Joaquin Phoenix and Natalie Portman in a story about two spies (Arab and Israeli) who fall in love, but one betrays the other (Natalie betrays Joaquin to her compatriots in the Mossad), and he is killed. My part in the play seemed to be as a friend to them both (who didn't realize they were actually spies on opposite sides), and I was trying to help Joaquin's character understand why Natalie's might be pulling away from the relationship. Blew my mind when the Mossad showed up and started shooting.
