I've ended up sticking with the standard case for the mo, but to transport it in my briefcase on the train, I put it inside a metal DVD tin that I got from Riviera Multimedia for 89p plus £2.99 shipping. It has a hinge and is pretty rigid (especially for 89p!).

Purely for decoration I have looked at the slip covers from Annesaddictions on Etsy, and am waiting for one to come through.
