Both right
In their wisdom this is one of Sony Japan's electronic dictionaries with the name of "e-book reader" that appear to use many of the technologies developer for the Clie and Librie before they were effectively killed.
It uses the BBeB dictionary format (like the Librie) and is sold with 10 dictionaries pre-installed and a further 19 on a provided memory-stick. All in a package they consider 'business card size' so certainly too small for me to use as a reader even if it was eInk based.
I would love to see a combination of these features added to the PRS-700, but don't expect to see it anytime soon.
