Yes, the really hot weather hasn't hit yet.
We'll know its truly summer when we flush the toilet and get third degree burns if we don't get off fast enough.......
There is no such thing as cold water from the tap, or bath faucets.
And why??? Because the idiots who build these houses put the waterlines in the walls.....and the ones in the ground are barely over 12" down, if that much, damn the codes.
then again, it isn't their fault you need potholders to hold the steering wheel when you get back to your car......
