I HATE when I order a new PC after careful consideration. The thing takes 3 weeks to come and guess what:

Tech [not] support has me do some things, that I know won't help.. but I did them anyway... still nada... Send it back and "we will fix it". About 1 week turn around. So, got the RMA and I shipped it back...
After a day of deliberation I decided that I was done. After 3 weeks waiting and getting a DOA machine. So, I decided to ask for a refund. They have a 30 return policy.
I have sent two email requests, and no response. Got a response today that I have to CALL to request the refund.
W T F ?
Call on the phone? What is this, 1983? I ordered it on line, I paid for it online, why can't I request a refund on line?

(FYI: I have since ordered parts to build a PC from newegg. They arrived today, 3 work days after I ordered them. Sweet. Gonna be building a PC this weekend!)
