How do I do that?

Here's what I'm doing:
1. Add a epub document (from Feedbooks)
2. Click 'Edit Meta Information'
3. Select the 'ePUB' in the 'Available Formats' window
4. Click on the 'Browse for an image' icon
5. Select the jpg that I want to use and click ok.
6. The new cover image that I selected shows up in the bottom left of the main window.
7. I save to disk.
8. Delete the book from the main window (aka Library).
9. Add the epub that I 'Saved to disk'
10. Any edited meta info is there except the new cover.

P.S. I tried clicking the 'Set the cover for the book from the selected format' from the 'Available Formats'. But that doesn't seem to work either.
