fiction book designer quote problem
Just started using fb designer 6 to make fb2 ebook. Worked fine except that the quotes are all << and >> and not ". What am I doing wrong. Also in this book there are a few " ' and ' " when there is a quote within a sentence. I'd like these to come out correctly in the fb2 book.
