Well, I think that a case
could be made that this is, in fact a step toward a more enlightened approach to nicotine use. It is not illegal, and if there is a less deadly form to use, then it may actually catch on. Mind you, I am not at all advocating for people to become addicted to anything. And nictine is one of the most addictive substances out htere. Butif it allows the nic addict to puff away in my presence and not harm either myself or him/her, then I can put up with it.
