Ahh, to this starts out like the unattainable dream, moving far away, starting life anew, away from technology, the screams of cars...then you state, "not too far away". I sense the subjest in the poem being unsure of taking that step, or of them not wanting to be too far away from family, or perhaps familiarity.

Very nice.
