Yes, usually that's done so they don't have to price match. If Wal-Mart is the only one selling the AOD250, they don't have to price match BestBuy's AOD150, and vise-vers!

Note the difference in model numbers; BestBuy's is EPC1000HEB and Amazon's is EEE PC 1000HE, Also BestBuy doesn't say BlueTooth anywhere!
