As someone else mentioned, it's a great community because most people play by the rules and the community consists of mostly nice people who understand written discourse and respectful attributes attached to written words. But, like any community, it sometimes has its silly moments and its serious moments, too - and the whole dynamic is much like a family: You sometimes want to love certain members and then hate other members, but usually everyone makes-up in the end.
