I use a Swedish made tumbler that I have on a wall inside our barn. Into goes all our kitchen waste, carbon is usually sawdust. Even in the depths of winter it reaches 25-35 degrees Celsius inside...the highest I've had it is 70 degrees ....
It wasn't cheap but it is extremely well insulated ....
