I prefer to read fiction electronically - and I think I'm going to move almost 100% e-book for fiction (except some series where I'm collecting hardcovers). Where I plan to stick with paper is with a) Graphic Novels and comics; and b) reference/writing/non-fiction books.

My paper copy of the Chicago Manual of Style is much more useful than the e-version- even though I can throw it on a different monitor.
