From the eSlick websites FAQs:
10. Can I change a book's font size and how do I do that?
You can click on the "Menu" button on the left side of the eSlick and select the "Zoom to" option for resizing a page when the option menu pops up.
In the reflow mode, you can adjust the font size by selecting the "Font Size" option. When you are reading .TXT files on the eSlick, you can change the font size via the "+/- "button on the right side of the eSlick.
BTW: Foxit is a PDF specialist and already uses reflow technology.
