Adobe Acrobat can crop pages (Document -> Crop pages), just make sure you check the box to crop pages on the entire document.
As far as small font size - I found that changing font size to 24 before converting a document to pdf produces a good size text on the Sony reader.
The problem I've been having, though, is that turning pages on PDF documents is
extremely slow when you get to 500+ range. Anyone know a solution for that?
