Howdy cowdy's,
Well, after MUCH to-ing and fro-ing between Australia and California, a working 1150 has shown up from my eBay seller (finally!!).
First of all, thanks to all who've posted here with amazing troubleshooting ideas, software updates and general info. This little beastie has been hands down the most user unfriendly device I've ever used in my life, and if it wasn't for these forums I would have thrown it out the car window about a week ago.
As it is, my 9 year old son has appropriated it, and I only really see it when it needs recharging!
But, one quick question-none of us are very impressed with the default font it comes with (not so much the size, but the jaggedness and blockiness of the letters).
Does anyone know, is it possible to load your own fonts to the device? Ive tried searching the forums and googling, but come up with nothing useful so far...
