I'm just about to settle down (before 9pm CDT) and read good old paper before my drive to the Galveston port tomorrow morning. I'm reading the first of Weber's Honor Harrington series, all of which seems to be available from the Baen free library. I'm just not sure if it's my cup of tea yet -
On Basilik Station could just as easily have been set in the British colonial era, and I usually like my sci-fi with a bit more sci in the fi.
