Thanks guys, unfortunately I cannot contact fictionwise, you know before you submit order there is big bold print that states that once you have submitted your order you cannot return your books.
But all is good I will find a way to convert that collection I bought. But now I am a bit clued
up I know which books I need to buy to avoid hassles.
