This ebook was clearly submitted to Amazon directly, rather than through mobipocket. For one thing, it is DRM-free which is
never the case with commercial mobipocket.com ebooks. Also, the publisher, authorhouse, is for self-published books.
So there is no reason to think that it will be available anywhere except on the Kindle. The problem is that other ebook sites are not generally favorable to individual authors.
