Ok, so I did look it up. The first definition I found was this: chuff 1 (chf)

After looking it up on another site, I think I know what you are referring to, and some people wouldn't even have to be so hungry to want to eat a chuff. I am not one of those people, however. So I won't be using it that way.

But, back to the first definition, see why I think being "chuffed" is not such a great thing??
