I don't understand what you mean. The original PDF (which I converted) had no watermark. The watermark got added after conversion.
This watermark was created when by whatever software you used to make the sample pages and is causing the problem. Using a PDF printer driver is not converting the PDF. It's just allowing you to separate out a few sample pages.

It's okay to have a watermark but not one this big or of this type. CutePDF does not create a watermark like this. It just adds a line of text at the very bottom of the page out of the way of th rest of the text.
