Okay, here's the issue. I'm not going to post the screen grabs because the watermark caused all conversions to become images instead of pdf to text. The images are too small to read on my Kindle 2 and have to be zoomed. If you can use CutePDF which does not put a huge watermark over the text, I could make proper conversions (it adds a line of text in the bottom margin).

Take a look at this thread. I converted a pdf of images and scientific calculations for use on Kindle 1. I can change the font size on this conversion and zoom images.

I followed up by converting those same pages with PDFRead on Kindle 2. I cannot change font size with this conversion.
