It seems
www.bhphotovideo.com accepts international orders, or at least according to their
website they do, and they have the Reader in their catalog. There is some hassle as you have to upload a scan of your credit card to their server, but It might be worth a try. I almost ordered one, but then I went for the Iliad instead.
