I have bought new kindle and have problem converting my 100 page pdf to kindle format. I have much tried your four step process but I fail on very first step i.e converting pdf to png. I downloaded pdf2lrf but it produces a lrf file and not png zip file. Can you please do it for me if I send you the PDF? I would be graeatful to you. My email is
