Right now I'm thinking I should shut the computer down and head to the kitchen to do some baking for our school's May Fayre fundraiser on Saturday.
So far I have made sugar cookies with brightly coloured E-number icing, chocolate chip cookies with extra chocolate, and cinnamon cookies. I'm was planning on making courgette (zucchini) cookies which are sweetened with honey and contain no sugar, but it is nearly 11.00 at night and I'm thinking I will head to bed and read instead.
