Eowyn, there's no necessity to name *any* other company here. This is the Cybook/Bookeen thread.

I don't mind Sony's, Amazon's or any other E-Ink reader company's customer support. I'm just interested in Bookeen finally communicating with us customers (writing down a feature list in a blog entry - as announced -, can't be THAT difficult or time-consuming, honestly!).
And simply delivering a firmware update promised quite some time ago.

I would buy another reading device from Bookeen, but just after checking ALL features and double-checking them again to be sure they are actually present AND working. And I'd wait for the first reviews.
