This question is so basic that I'm almost embarrassed to ask it.

I did go the Calibre FAQ and stickies. But none of them seem to answer the basic question of how do I get Calibre on my computer so I can switch books between my kindle and my husband's new Sony 505. Thank you in advance for helping reduce my utter ignoranceand confusion.
