I must have something wrong with my config then because my annotations list is empty in Calibre. I have auto bookmarks on so I expected at least 2 bookmarks that got transferred to Calibre, one for the test epub and another for a different book.

How does JustRead handle sending data in changed books on book close if the content server isn't available at the time of closing the book? I have this setting off since my Calibre server isn't always available, so I manually send data to Calibre.

Would that affect how JustRead remembers reading positions? Since the progress percentage and current page aren't totally accurate, especially in non-scroll/paged mode.
