I encountered the same trouble as ivan, the same Guangzhou KingSun Software R&D Center Co. Ltd, the same two shipments.first time ,the wifi part dropped from the inner construct and i found there was some dirty on the screen,then I asked for replacing another one,second time,i had operated the new machine just for 4-5days, i just put it aside for a while ,the same trouble coming, how depressed i was! i had sent it to irex-china company and i have no idea about the iliad's further.
