I'd bought that Moodi, can confirm it doesn't works on my Kobo nor Pocketbook (I haven't bought it for those, but tried anyway); apart that the feel is "rubber like" but actually is a good plastic, I love it.
Having it set for the tablet, on KoReader I use it on scroll mode for the comics (having set KoReader within continuos pages, no inertia, and actuation on release, so it seems it advances half the lenght it would have had normally instead - I generally use the tablet on portrait).
The device claims to work within Android devices (as for the turn page mode), I haven't tried its app.
