I'm thinking that maybe we could go a step foward and make that "fixed zoom" somethig else. Like maybe the zoom could have like two settings: fixed and freelook.
Freelook is what we have now and we could "lock" it to stay like that until we "unlocked" it.
Fixed could have like a setting for "two columns" and other common layouts.
What do you guys think? Was I overthinking?

Totally agree! I am reading many scanned PDFs and even if I crop margins, PSR700 still "makes" them. That would be great to have this feature of fixed zoom (and use the stylus to set the width!) and continuous view, i.e. while scrolling you can see the bottom of the previous page and the top of the next one. Anyway, the first option is the most needed one.
Is there a way to convey this to Sony the way that they actually add this option?! I believe it will not take much of their time anyway.
