The Hanlin V3 (EZ Reader) has folders, and the next firmware (due any day now) for the Cybook will have folders.

The EZ Reader has the longest battery life (the Sony's are pretty good too). It currently comes with DRMed MOBI support, but this may be switching to Adobe's DRMed PDF and ePub soon (like the Sonys have). I like OpenInkPot (has its own forum) firmware on the EZ Reader, but its standard firmware is ok too.
