The device that would be most interesting (a small tablet with matte coating) seems to have eluded manufacturers so far. The only unit with a matte option is the biggest one.
Per GSMArena, the smaller one has 1340 x 800 pixels, 5:3 ratio (~179 ppi density) which made it a great option for a kid in 2012.
