I'd like to plead for an exception on the part of HarryT. I think the Dalek would reasonably object to having a psock over its only manipulative organ. The poor things already have troubles with people hanging hats over their eyestalk thingies. And a psock over the weapon arm would just get exterminated the first time the Dalek tried to "reason" with someone.
