There is now a new test version in the second post. If nothing catastrophic is discovered, I'll replace the current stable sometime within the next week or so.
One note that's covered in the readme, but since many people may not read it: sometimes it may appear that the tools modify tags it hasn't been explicitly told to touch - this should only happen with tags that have mixed namespaced attributes and normal attributes, and it is a side effect of the parsing/serialization; the serializer writes back the attributes with namespaced attributes first, then the normal ones. As many of the features depend on building a DOM tree serialization is required, and coding around it would just be extra code for bugs to pop up in, I have left it as is. So if the tools change a tag, but when viewing the diff the only difference is that the attributes are now in different order, it's not a bug.
