Yes, I am planning to, but not for every small change, of course. I will update this as new KOreader versions get released. The hardest part was initially figuring out the logic, as it took a few tries to make crengine understand that all of these 9 categories are independent: They are not supposed to affect each other in any way, shape or form.
There is only one change from all these that the developers accepted: Earlier, if your text had multiple decorations (underline, strikethrough), only one of them was rendered. They actually implemented my solution here (I am not sure if it is released, though). Unfortunately, they are not willing to implement the rest. So I'll maintain these myself, probably a few times a year.
