I use Libby, together with the library's overdrive web page. I also use Hoopla.
The library's overdrive website shows books of interest on the book details page. You can also select/search an author or series, or narrator, for more. You can perform a search for particular genres. The Libby app will make suggestions, as well as allowing searches.
Hoopla has titles of interest on the home tab. You can also select/search author or series or narrator. I think Hoopla has search by publisher, as well.
Those are the main ways I find books.
