It still uses RMSDK, it changed ownership. The "Adobe eBook Platform" was sold (?) to Wipro.
This ‘new version’ of RMSDK presumably no longer contains any references to Adobe.

If I'm correct the release of Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.12 (Windows) was in 2018 and has only received a few minor updates.
