I had to make some adjustments, and temporarily deactivate the automatic Calibre detection (auto detection on the local network), because that apparently requires a special permission on iOS. Will hopefully be able to attain that permission and re-activate it soon.
Anyway, the app is now (hopefully) in final review on the App Store.
